All* plants, roses and products are guaranteed for 30 days. Winter hardy trees & shrubs** are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. Receipt and plant/product must accompany return.

Conditions:

1. Unplanted plants that are still in their original container and condition are eligible for a refund in the form of the original payment. 
2. Previously planted or unhappy plants may be returned within 30 days to be eligible for replacement equal in value, or a merchandise credit valid for the price paid. 
3. Warranties begin on the original date of purchase. 
4. Replacement plants are not guaranteed. 
5. *Christmas items, Bonsai plants, sale items, and discounted products are not guaranteed or returnable. 
6. Guarantees do not cover acts of God, frost, or drought. We reserve the right to void any/all warranty coverage due to lack of watering, neglect, or providing false information.
7. **Only hardy trees & shrubs purchased at our Shelby Township location are eligible for this guarantee. Hardy trees & shrubs purchased at Telly's Nursery in Troy (an independant company not associated with Telly's Greenhouse) are not guaranteed by us.
